Epson enhances its range of data capture software products for business users
18 March 2014 – Epson has expanded its range of software products to further improve the functionality of its document scanners and MFPs, simplifying the data capture process for businesses and streamlining file integration into document management systems.
Two new premium products, Document Capture Pro Premium and Document Capture Pro Server Premium, offer features to simplify and automate document identification, separation and indexing. The existing Document Capture, Document Capture Pro and Document Capture Pro Server products have been upgraded to offer increased product compatibility, improved file export options and add optional thumbnail views.
All software options are easily connected to standard document management systems and further connectors can be easily developed for more bespoke platform connection.
Document Capture, Document Capture Pro and Document Capture Pro Server are free to download from the Epson website. Document Capture Pro Premium and Document Capture Pro Server Premium are available at €199 ex VAT per user, or €399 ex VAT per server respectively.
